If you have corrections to the Confirmation please indicate corrections in pen or pencil and return the corrected Confirmation to us as soon as possible.

Refer to your reservation number when communicating with us about your event as this is the easiest way for us to locate your event on the scheduling system.
If you need catering delivered to your meeting room, and if you have not already done so, please remember to first communicate your catering needs to the Events Coordinator so your room can be setup properly, and then call the Millennium Cafe, 580-4441, at least 2 weeks prior to your event to make your menu selections. NEW RESERVATION DEADLINE: Previously we accepted requests in 6 month increments beginning on April 1 and September 1. We now allow new bookings within a RANGE of 6 months. In other words, count 6 months out from the day you submit your request and that is how far out you can request space.
